i was wrongfully discharged from wal-mart while on workmens comp for cts..i have won all my hearings in regards to the comp claim and they finally approved surgery on both hands..i had one done today..my lawyer says they may settle at some point soon..what should i expect...or want...and is this a ssi-disability that i can file...any help or info would be awesome...
