Local (bier block) is the way to go...much easier recovery than from a general. The procedure took about 15 minutes, and I was released within 45 minutes of the surgery being over.

: My doctor recommends me to have CTS surgery. He says he can do it with local anestesia or sedation. Any body had it done with a local?
