I don't know, that probably depends on what they are. You need to determine what exactly they are first, by seeing a doctor, and then, with a doctor, determine a course of action. If this was just a straight repetive strain injury, I would say that you could self-treat yourself with trigger-point therapy. However, these cyst-like things add a whole new spin on the situation. As far as what kind of doctor you should go see, my recommendation is a doctor who specializes in bone and muscle health. Maybe a hand and wrist doctor. How long will your recovery take? Well, that depends on what is needed and how fast you personally heal. I wish I could give you more to go on. Set an appointment tomorrow(today). You can not afford to put this off.
