I am a Jazz guitarist, and I play alot and recently I have been having wrist pains and finger pains in my left hand. And I am only 17 so I ignored thought of CTS or Arthritis. I need help on how to prevent it, I am beginning to developed 2 cists in the underside of my wrist. Someone email me and let me know what to do. My wrists are my life. Macktheknife6@yahoo.com -Ray
