I'm having pain, numbness and sometimes painful tingling in my left arm, mostly originating at the elbow. Tingling in the hand can feel like needles. CTS describes the numbness & tingling,tendonitis describes elbow pain. So do I have both or what, and what can I do about it? I have an ACE part-neoprene wrap that helps somewhat.
