Well, you could try working on ergonomics to see if things like an ergonomic keyboard would help. Another option is to investigate speech to text programs. I am given to understand that they've got some decent ones that work with Microsoft Word etc. Dragon Naturally Speaking is supposed to be good. I've not tried it though.
