I had my surgeries (open release) in July and August of 2003 and I'm out of pain and do have my strength back in both hands. I still have some pain in my wrists and I think that is arthritis. But I was been able to sleep thru the night immediately after surgery. And that was the pain that sent me to the surgeon.
