im 23 and have been in hvac work for 4 years. cutting sheet metal with tin snips and alot of wrist stress. almost every night iwake up multiple times with extreme numbness and pain in both arms, sometimes only 1 they switch. it can last for an hour or more after i wake up. a few times it has been very painful. i sit up indian style in bed and it usually goes away in 5-10 minutes but comes back in a few hours of sleep. i have 26 more years of work left i need help.
