The splints have been making a difference especially at night. But last night, I wore the splints as usual, and I woke up with numbness and pain in my right hand--with the splints on! Today at work I fell while starting to sit in a rolling desk chair which rolled away from me. I landed on my seat, but caught myself with my hands and now my wrists and palms hurt. No signs of broken bones or bruises--could this make my carpal tunnel worse? I appreciate any advice. I hope you are all coping well. Rita Rita
