I'm using a wrist exercising glove called Flextend on my left hand(non surgerical). I have bi-lateral CT. I had numbness and pain in the wrist when I'd type, sweep, and mop, ect.. I've been using Flextend for a little while now and do not have any pain or numbness going on with my left hand. This product is wonderful for people with CT thats not severe enough for surgery. My mom broke her right wrist last year and is now using my right glove and in the process of ordering her own. She exercised her hand for a little bit yesterday and felt relief in that small amount of time. You might want to check out the website for flextend. www.flextend.com.
