I absolutely agree with you!! Part of the reason my first surgery went horribly wrong, and a second, more invasive one was necessary, was because I got back in the gym too quickly. Granted, my physical therapist gave me guidelines to follow, which I did, but in hindsight I can tell I definately came back much too soon and hard core.
