We'll, the symptoms you described started my spiral down ulnar nerve entrapment hell. Not that your's will progress like mine did. A second opinion wouldn't hurt at all. The ONLY thing I've heard that will give true results is to lay off whatever the offending behavior is that caused the problem. What repetative motions are you doing at work or home? Numerous repitions in the gym bending my elbow probably started mine. Also, a good physical therapist can do wonders. You'll hear about different products for sale. I've not seen any evidence or studies in any true medical journals to substantiate those claims. The B6 might help. If you begin experiencing pain, Neurontin (anti-epilepsy drug) helps. Ice also helped for pain I had. Good luck.
