I had carpal tunnel release surgery last Wednesday. The weeks prior to that I was
awake pretty much of the night w/the pain....what I found helped the most....get one of those blue
ice block things that you use in the summer for
your cooler and take it to bed with you....when
you wake w/the pain, set your wrist on that block.
I even got to taking it to work and using it as a wrist rest for my keyboard. Had to higher my keyboard with a book though....only thing that
helped w/the pain til I had surgery one week ago.
