I am also going through the same thing as you are at this point. Surgery was recommended to me last Thurs. I am waiting for work comp approval. I also have had a number of doctors telling me what they think it is 1 dr. told me it was carpal tunnel in the beginning, then 2 drs. have told me it is cubital tunnel, 2 drs. have also told me it is thoracic outlet. This last dr. I saw last week said that it was definitely an ulnar nerve problem. Work comp is now questioning it.

I too would like to hear what others have to say on this topic. I hope that they are able to fix yours. If you are feeling anything like I am, I know you are miserable.

: I have been struggling with pain in my hands, wrists, elbows, and neck for over a year now. I have seen several crappy workers comp doctors. I have been diagnosed with having anything from carpal tunnel, RSI, tendonitis, and basic muscle fatigue.
: I finally saw a great hand and arm surgeon last week. He was very thourough, lots of x-rays, and tests. I do indeed have a very classic case of cubital tunnel.
: Because I have been going to physical therapy and acupuncture for almost a year now, he feels that surgery is the way to go.
: The pain is only getting worse these days. Even after being out from work since last June.
: I am nervous about surgery. I would like to know sucess or failure stories from as many folks as possible.
