I am having problems from a fall that resulted in a broken wrist. I am doing the exercises that dmm has posted on her website and sleeping with my brace at night. I seem to be slowly getting better. I use an ice pack if there is swelling or pain. My doctor put me on Celebrex, but Ibuprophen seems to help me just as much. Surgery will only be if all else fails. Elane |
