I am so slowly improving. I have a lot of pain/sensitivity still, and am contending with stiffness and ROM deficits in wrist flexion. I also am seriously lacking in hand strength compared to what I was before the hand went bad. I think it will get back to close to what it was in time, it's just taking much longer than I'd prefer.
