I had CT release 2/19, and am doing better than I thought I would be. My question is: I am allowed to shower freely, but not do any dishes (yay), but when I asked about applying an ointment to the incision for healing (i.e. vitamin E) I was told to wait until the stitches come out. Well, it's dry now! What can it hurt to apply a gentle lubricant, if all other aspects of healing are good? Thanks! Di
