There are sites for dirt bike racing that talk about arm pump. You can look into massage, extension exercises and pysical therapy as forms of treatment. Start by visiting www.flextend.com, which is an rsi / sports enhancement exercise product that has several pro athletes that recommend it for similar situations. Mandi : Hi : I think I have a form of self-induced CTS. I'm 45 and race a sailing boat called a Laser. : This requires me to grip a rope tightly for extended periods (generally a few hours, with breaks).
