Still in rehab, making progress at a snail's pace. I'll get there, it's just going to take a while. My hand strength is up to 57, from the 25 that it was when I started. The goal is to get closer to my left hand's 100. As a lefty, I usually have pretty equal hand strength. My ROM still needs work, and its slowly getting better. To comment on Valerie's comment, I too have discovered Biofreeze - they use it on me at rehab. It does wonders for drawing out some of the heat in the wrist, and makes it feel nice and cold without wearing ice. It has both camphor and menthol in it along with the Ilex plant extract. It doesn't smell awful, but does help make it feel better. I use it when my wrist is aching, the therapist uses it when I'm done my rehab work for the day.
