I'm recovering well from my second CTS open release. It's been nine weeks now and the only problem I have with the hand is the scar tissue, to the left of the incision. I'm massaging it well though and hopefully it will disappear in time. I had a scare over the weekend, whilst we were away. My left hand went numb during both nights and I was frightened that the problem had reoccurred. Thankfully it was just the hard bed and me laying on my hand!
I don't want to over sell an item but I found a product called 'Biofreeze' excellent for tendonitis. It's similar in feel to other rub-in products but with Ilex as one of the ingredients, it's made a difference to me.
Hope you're healing well. Thanks for posting the photos, it's really good to see what others have had done. It's a shame I'm not computer literate enough myself to post my photos!
