I downloaded the exercises that you have posted on your webpage. Could you give me a little more detail on how many reps and how many times a day to do the exercises? Do you do them all everyday or is there some kind of rotation? I will appreciate your help. The evercises that my doctor told me to do cause my hand to numb and that horrible burning pain and swelling of the tendon on the little finger side of my wrist. The tendon gliding exercises that you posted seem to help.
