After my 1st surgery(on right hand)and before my 2nd surgery(on right hand), I was on limited duty. Folding towels, sheets, etc for housekeeping dept.. Everytime I let out the littlest squeek my boss would send me home. I have not been allowed to work(per Dr. restrictions) since 2nd surgery(over 1 year). Due to restrictions I will not be going back to my regular job or any job there. I have not applied for any other jobs yet, so can not say how possible new employer will recieve restrictions.
