Hi Lisa, I have permanent job restrictions as well, that means (in CAlifornia at least) that you are a Qualified Injured Worker. IN my case that means I am permanently, partially disabled. My restrictions are that I cannot lift, push or pull more than 10 pounds, I cannot type longer than 30 minutes at a time without an hour break. I am currently going through vocational rehab right now to be a dialysis technician, since I can no longer go back to what I used to do.
