I had mine done within the last 3 months and both confirmed it. Now my employer has denied the claim and closed it and fired me to boot. I am going for a 2nd opinion tomorrow and I am now getting a lawyer involved in this because the Dr the insurance Co. had review my case has stated that this couldnt have happened at work and the Insurance filed false statements with workman's comp. |
