Does anyone have a suggestion for pain relief. One of the 3 docs I've been to perscribed loritab, but the rest recommend advil which does no good. What else works for the pain.

I get a lot of relief from ice, having had surgery on mine. You could try heat, and see if that'll help relax those sore body parts. Rice in an old sock microwaved for several minutes makes a good conformable heat pack that lasts a while.
You could try an arthritis/sore muscle rub like bengay or absorbine. I've heard of some people getting relief temporarily with those. Modifying how you sit at the computer can help too.
