The best advice I can give you. Easier said than done, I know. I've had "open" release surgery. You apparently had an "endoscopic" procedure. As most people only have one wrist done at a time, they are able to favour their post-op hand by using their other hand for most things. I don't know how you've been getting by in the bathroom, not to mention the kitchen. It's really important I think to heal right the first time so I'd suggest being exceedingly cautious. The upside? If you can manage to allow both of your hands time to heal (thats your challenge, I think) then you'll be recovered from both surgeries in half the time. Good luck, and again, don't do too much and have setbacks. Be patient, get help.
