I got the Trigger Point Workbook and think I'm getting some results in my shoulder and arm. I was really pleased to find the site http://www.amtamassage.org/journal/fall02_journal/scalenes_pg2.html so that people with CTS can test the spots. the book is $13 at Amazon. the CTS surgery I had Oct. 28 hasn't solved all my problems. I think the nerve is slow healing so that will hopefully get better. I knew the surgery wouldn't help anything but the tunnel compression but the nerve test showed I had that and I watched the machine so saw it for myself.
