Hi everyone,
I was informed by my claims examiner today that my appeal has warranted the need of a referee physician. I don't understand why because the second opinion doctor has already agreed this was a work related injury, however, I am under the impression that WC just wants to avoid paying me.
The third opinion by referee doctor is supposed to be fair and impartial. I don't know what to make of that. Has anyone had experience with a third opinion doctor and if so, what was the outcome?
