I wish I could be more help to you. I had several surgeries to include two ulnar nerve transpositions. Most recent was in Oct. I think I've had success recently with no return of symptoms because I HAVE stopped the offending behavior (In my case - weightlifting). Everything I read has said that is the best way to prevent future occurrances. Again, I wish I had an answer more to your liking.
