Hi Rick, I'm in the same boat. After this next surgery, there won't be anymore. I have high hopes for this one working. As for what to do after the surgery, I'm at a loss too. I don't think there are many jobs out here that don't require use of our hands. Good luck on your search for a painfree job. Melani
