I had surgery almost 15 weeks ago on my left hand. My doctor said I should rub vitamin E oil 4 weeks after my surgery to break up the tissue. At my 6 week checkup he notice the scar was noticable in which the dr. directed me to massage deeper and harder. I did this for a couple of week massaging it as hard as I can when I notice that my wrist was hurting. Now at 15 weeks, I still have pain on ny left wrist. I cannot bend it without hurting it. In addition, my dr did not refer me to therapy as taking care of my 8 month daughter is therapy enough according to my doctor |
