My very best wishes for tomorrow when you go to see the plastic surgeon. I hope very much that this will be the man who will mend your hand for good this time.

All your friends (and you have many) will be there with you in thought, I'm sure of that.

Don't forget to ask lots & lots of questions until you are happy that you know exactly what he intends to do. Go with your instincts about him too as they'll be right.
