When I tried to use it at first it wouldn't go. I had the irresistable urge to laugh or cry. I chose to laugh, a kind of maniacal laugh mind you, but preferable to crying. The physiotherapist made it clear to me that it was time to "move it or lose it", as in grip, range of motion. It was suggested that "discomfort" should be expected, but that I should not stretch so much as to provoke pain. I went VERY slowly, VERY deliberately. Day by day I had improvement, but I never forced a thing. You know, push as hard as you can for improvement, but not so hard as to set yourself back. As for the job, we're s-l-o-w-l-y ramping up to "full production" so I've still not really tested the hand. Also my "new" job is way easier on me than I could've hoped. Regretably that means that it is likely to be eliminated in coming weeks. So I'll wind up with yet another "new" job. Fingers are crossed on that one. So far, so good. Adam.
