I used Lansinoh. (Clinical grade lanolin, used for nipple relief for the breast-feeding Mom) Kept the scar from drying out, kept the skin nice and pliable. My scar is virtually invisible now and sensitivity is gone. Never applied it to my nipples, though I'm sure that it would be effective to at least distract you from scar discomfort. :)
