By the way, my pineapple topping is getting short, yikes. lol...It's so good...Melani I'm thinking about taking up canning myself. During Christmas, my Aunt gave me some homemade jams and jellies. One of them were Cactus Jelly, my goodness to think something that good could come out of prickly pear cactus is unbelievable. I think you and my Aunt have my attention here. Sounds like its fun and rewarding. Melani
