Half of them finished in the bottom half of their class. Even the top half practiced on someone. Practice doing some everyday things one-handed now, so you can anticipate challenges applying deodorant to your left underarm or whatever. Arrange help. Keep it elevated for a day or two after surgery to reduce pain and swelling. Above all, follow you Doc's orders. Take as much time as you can get/afford to heal right, the first time. And good luck.
