I won't be doing the blocks on the 7th of Jan, I go in Monday to discuss surgery again. Comp decided 10 blocks were enough and just temporary. Im eager to get this on the road. It's been way too long.

I haven't been computering too much because being honest, the computer is one of my downfalls with swelling and burning in my palm and arm. Since I've slacked off, the pain has been tolerable without taking painpills all the time. I need to be off them. If you get time, I'd appreciate an update on how your doing and whats happening with you. Melani

: things sound good, how do you feel about another surgery? How do you feel about the doctor..lots of questions. It's unfortunate but I don't think you have much left in choices considering the pain you are enduring. I am always here for you and you have my e-mail in case you need it. : My hand is doing VERY well, i am actually surprised at how well it is doing. I can open jars and stuff with litte to no pain and work has been a breeze (my biggest concern). after tping awhile I feel pulling in certain area's. but no real pain and as long as I wear the brace at night I have no pain during the day.
: As you have heard my big hurdle lately has been my Dad, I miss him horribly. We were very close and he died suddenly from a (what we think) was a massive heart attack in his sleep. It's been really tough for me to get through this.

I believe time heals. In a way I'm eager to have the surgery because it will be done by a hand specialist. My median nerve was cut during my first surgery. Not only the nerve was cut but it wasn't release. The part that's not cut is still trapped. In going back into my hand, I have faith that this doctor will know what to do if anything can be done. My fingers are crossed.
I'm am so glad that your surgery went well and one thing that I noticed during both of my surgeries is the next day got a little bit better. So its a one day at a time thing, with lots of patience. My thoughts are with you too and I will be sending mail. Thanks for your support. Melani
