It can cause you to bruise easily. I've found it works great for pain, but I get huge bruises on my legs and arms when I take it for too long. I take Mobic and Tylenol-3 for an old back injury and they help a lot with my hands too. I also wear splints on both hands and that makes a huge difference. Good luck. -theresa
