: When there is pain many have the impression that there is necessairily damage but that is not often the case. The majority of pain is caused by overused muscles which can be helped by the proper massage. Muscles tend to be very receptive to positive change. Massage actually releases tense muscles. Alan

Yes, thanks Alan, I read in www.bodymindresources.com that the tendons need to be "unattached" from the muscles. A proper massage should help. Plus I did order an elbow brace. If only to serve as a reminder to not lean on my elbow it will be worth it. (plus it has magnets- I figure they can't hurt!)
Thanks again for that website- good info in it. I always know that exercise and good nutrition are important but it is always good to hear it again because it helps with your overall well being. Good timing with the new year!
