Leaning on my elbows while working on the computer was one of the bigger factors that most likely contributed to my cubital tunnel syndrome. You can purchase elbow pads that are inexpensive (less than $10 USD) through the internet. I'd start there. Then, I'd find a good orthopedic surgeon specializing in upper extremities and have him take a look - maybe go to a neurologist for an EMG. If they prescribe physical therapy, find a good one!
