My gosh I forgot about being tubed during my first surgery. I woke up and my throat was so sore and hand was throbbing. She explained, that they had inserted a tube. Evidently I had quit breathing. She wouldn't elaborate and the doctor was on to the next patient, so I never found out the reason why. I spent one night in the hospital where as I was supposed to get to go home after recovery. I was knocked out too. Melani
