Thanks sierra...for the info and for the "young" comment! I'm really just a "late bloomer" with regards to marriage and college. Still pretty young though, 34 and loving it!

: I didn't have a cast,just a bandage covered with an ace bandage.Ten days after surgery it was taken off to remove the sutures and then I had no bandage.The DR warned me not to try to flex my wrist for the ten days before my post-op exam.I was given some simple exercises to do immediately following the surgery.They consisted of squeezing a sponge and some finger exercises. I never needed any prescription pain meds following surgery,although I had a prescription for PROPOXY/N/APAP whatever that is.I filled the scrip , but never took any.The only meds I took were two ADVIL the nurse gave me in the recovery room.All in all it was an uneventful surgery.The surgery was 10-20 and I'm returning to work on MON.
