I dread the day when I may encounter a doctor who has the "brush-off" approach and thinks it a "skill" useful to patients. : Hi.... I agree with Susie, the heck with him!! You might have to wait a little longer but it'll be worth it to have a surgeon you feel comfortable with... I went and got myself a lawyer on Thursday, after debating about it for a year :) I haven't seen a Dr since July 1st so the tendinitis is pretty bad with no meds, so my lawyer says to call and make an appointment with my surgeon, remember him - the Best Ortho Surgeon in East TN???? Well, I bit the bullet and called him, made an appt yesterday for Monday, this morning the nurse calls and tells me he sticks to his original opinion that he can't do any more for me, tells me to call WC and find another Dr and cancels my appt... And I'm supposed to think this isnt personal?? Maybe he read this board and recognized himself LOL Linda
