: Some people get surgery, some try other methods such as massage therapy (Alan), others go to physical therapy, etc... It depends on how severe your ct is as to what should be done about it. You don't want it to progress and damage your nerve permanentely. There are people like myself who have had it 15 yrs & haven't gone any worse, but I have given up alot of things that I used to enjoy in my life... I doubt that you being only 18 yrs old would want to make that sort of sacrafice.. I do know one person, a checker at a supermarket that had ct for awhile & it just went away & never came back.. I think she's a rare case though..

I have cut my hours down at work luckly I am in a position to be able to as it is a family business. 15 yrs thats a long time how do you keep it under control?
