I am real active and need to know what you do when you know you've over done it. I had a terrible night last night because I used the chain saw and did a lot of farm work yesterday. I cannot quit what I do so I just have to find something that will relieve the pain. I have a prescription for 800 mg IB prophen which I've been taking for a few years off and on for working out. Please help! Thanks
