You were the first person, I think (if I remember correctly) who lessened my fear (and greatly) about my neuro. giving me the script for splints.

Something, just something will have to go well for you -- if and whenever you may decide you want surgery. I think of it as Kismet :) You helped me and others and... others will help you :)

: What if I was in that 3%? It COULD happen, y'know. What if, after having the surgery, I could never play the piano again because some quack screwed everything up? That's the thing I think about. To be honest, I don't think my CTS is bad enough for surgery. I can deal with a lttle numbness & shocks every now and then. It's not like it's a constant thing. From what I've learned here, one surgery leads to another surgery, and in some cases, ANOTHER surgery. No way!!!!

: Besides, I'm in health insurance limbo right now and don't want to shell out the $$$$$ for surgery. I'd rather spend it on jewelry.
