I don't know. The only thing I can think of is that the bandage could be tight from some swelling. Call the doc and see, like Kitty says.

If your fingers are cold all the time, and you have poor capillary refill in the fingernail beds, that's an indicator of a tight bandage. To check cap refill, press on the fingernail pretty hard, and watch to see how fast it changes from white to red. It should change back from white to red almost instantly.

Take it easy, and keep that arm elevated to help with the swelling.
Hope it turns out to be nothing.
