I also have had lots of time off since I got laid-off in July so I think with me it's a combination of surgery and time off that I am symptom free. One of the things I strongly agree with you, is your stretches. When in PT they taught them to me and I have even worked at a factory that every morning before we started had us do a couple of them to get our hands ready for work to try and keep the workers from getting cts. Kinda like warming up before working out...:)
Guess I'm in the healed but have some time on my hands since going back to school, I do care and since my case was WC and I have settled perhaps can offer help there category...;)
