Your doctors may give you much more insight, knowing you better than any of us here. As much as we may empathize and seek to understand, we haven't sat with you face-to-face and we are, thus, at a disadvantage :( I would want my doc. to look at me while discussing and have an earnest heart-to-heart.

Being self-employed, and not having any claim or settlement pending, the best I can tell you is that I have had to pace myself, listen to advice/ideas and take those to heart that might help (and give time to see if the would).

I really would as my doc, if in your shoes, what he or she suggests. Also... any tips/ideas to reduce possible physical effects or futher symptom progression.
