Sorry to hear about that. My ortho is in practice with about 10 others so appointments are tough to come by in general. My "ace-in-the-hole" is my ortho's nurse. She's great. I just called up and asked for "Dr. Wilson's nurse" and they put me through to her. I explained how frustrated I was and how much pain I was in and she had them "work me in". Granted, I had to wait several hours, but I just brought a textbook and studied. I saw him in a couple of days instead of a couple of weeks. Good luck!
